padding-left: 15px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; color: rgb(62, 62, 62); line-height: 1.8; letter-spacing: 1px;'><p style='max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;'>本次规划范围为角尾乡（南极村）全域，为建设中国大陆最南端旅游区，前期充分对角尾乡（南极村）基础与优势、劣势与挑战、趋势与机会等现状背景分析，系统性掌握现状建设情况，提出“因循自然、生态优先；陆海统筹、城乡融合；全域旅游、开放包容；以人为本、公平均享；弹性管控、政策创新” 五大规划原则指导全篇设计方案；总体设计上以目标导向、生态接触、产业引导，构筑空间营造、滨海开发、乡村振兴三大手段，实现整体城市设计与开发建设；依托南极半岛特色的产业，以珊瑚文化、海盐体验和渔家风情三大品牌为特色，全面打造中国大陆最南端度假区。规划方案上运用控规的 “硬”性指标进行合理管控，使方案更具法定性、实施性，同时利用城市设计的“弹”性赋予充分感知建筑形体及空间上的变化，两者动态协调、相辅相成。</p></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us" style='margin-top: 10px;
