letter-spacing: 1.5px; color: rgb(59, 47, 44);'><p style='text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;'><font size="3" face="宋体">5月21日，在徐闻县城东大道中段附近，事主冯先生报警称接到一个自称是“招银金服”贷款客服的电话（号码：***********），因为冯先生正做生意，急需一笔钱，想贷款18万元，冯先生就添加了对方的微信，对方就推送了下载“招银金服”贷款APP的链接给冯先生，冯先生下载APP后并注册账号绑定了银行卡、身份证号码等信息，冯先生在APP上贷款后，对方通过后台把冯先生的银行卡号改错，就以银行卡号有误，资金被冻结为由，骗取冯先生交5万4千元认证以及解冻贷款账户，转账之后，对方又要求事主二次认证，冯先生因急需做生意也没有想太多，也给对方分别转了两笔 9万、5万认证费，转账给对方之后，完成认证准备放款时，又出现验证还款能力，要求事主把钱存到“招银金服”贷款APP钱包里进行验证，冯先生看到准备要放款了，也分别转账两笔5万到APP钱包里，最后还是不能提现，才发现被骗，冯先生共被诈骗29.4万元，于是报警。</font></p></section></section></section></section><p><font size="3" face="宋体"><br></font></p><section data-id="undefined"><blockquote style='margin-top: 10px;
